Job Responsibility
We are seeking an Inside Sales / Business Development Executive with experience in software and IT services sales. The role focuses on lead generation, client interaction, requirement understanding, and closing software development projects through online and remote channels.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads for software development and IT services
Identify client requirements and propose suitable software solutions
Perform inside sales activities via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations with the technical team
Follow up with prospects and close deals within sales targets
Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
Required Skills
Experience in inside sales / business development for IT or software services
Strong understanding of software development services (Web, Mobile, SaaS, Cloud)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in B2B sales and project-based selling
Ability to convert leads into software projects
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach

Lead generation via LinkedIn, email marketing, and online portals
Proposal writing and requirement gathering
Market research and competitor analysis
Time management and strong follow-up skills
Consultative and solution-selling mindset
Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage
Commission & Incentive Structure
Fixed Salary + Attractive Commission
Commission: 5%–10% of the project value (based on deal size and margin)
Monthly & Quarterly Performance Incentives
No Upper Limit on Earnings
Additional bonuses for repeat clients and long-term contracts
Good to Have
Experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
International client handling (US, UK, Middle East, APAC)
Prior experience in IT services or software product sales
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus
